Cabin Service- Quality Supervisor

Red Sky are seeking a Quality Supervisor. The Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing aircraft cleaning operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and coaching team members to exceed service expectations. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience and expertise in aircraft cleaning, coupled with strong leadership skills to enhance operational success. Role and Responsibilities: Ensure cleaning standards meet service level agreements. Conduct final inspections of aircraft to address and rectify any deficiencies. Coach and mentor cleaners to achieve and surpass quality standards. Supervise cabin team activities to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Maintain cleanliness of cabins, restrooms, and common areas; identify and address maintenance needs. Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly. Develop and implement procedures to boost efficiency and productivity. Train and onboard new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Allocate cabin crew resources based on operational needs. Assist with aircraft that fail to meet SLAs to enhance standards and avoid audit failures. Safeguard assets and propose solutions to process deficiencies. Ensure compliance with procedures, policies, and regulations. Collaborate with SDAs for quality audits and manage health and safety audits according to HSE guidelines and HAL requirements. Submit daily inspection reports timely. Build and maintain strong relationships with client airlines and stakeholders. Promote a culture of service excellence and uphold a professional image. Manage, coach, and mentor team leaders to meet service level agreements. Oversee absence management and escalate issues to HR as necessary. Ensure accurate employee sign-on/off and adherence to company policies. Conduct appraisals and assessments to optimise staff performance, development, and retention. Maintain staff discipline and adherence to regulatory requirements, applying disciplinary processes when needed. Ensure GDPR compliance in handling employee paperwork. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. Report deficiencies in systems or equipment that could impact service delivery or safety. Use work equipment and PPE according to training received. Report issues or training needs to management or via the incident reporting system. Pay and Shift pattern: £ 31,242.29  annually Average 40 hrs per week Person Specification: Minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience in the aviation industry. Valid UK Driving License. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safety protocol implementation. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proven problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure. Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills. Proficiency in computer applications for reporting and data analysis.
