About the Role: You will be responsible for the sourcing of ad hoc stock and/or non-stock items as required from new and existing suppliers in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal procedure(s). Key Responsibilities: Source ad hoc stock and/or non-stock items on request of the Client in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)and internal procedure(s) Assist the Client in the selection of goods and to advise of alternative products where appropriate to negotiate cost reductions. To liaise directly with the Procurement department Liaise with customers to resolve any invoice queries. To support with the expediting of all outstanding purchase orders when required Liaise directly with customers in receipt of direct orders to confirm the delivery of goods To establish and maintain rapport with the Client and all levels of Supplier.
