Business Development Manager – Automotive Aftermarket North of England & Scotland | £40,000 – £45,000 + Bonus | Company Car | 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays | Life Assurance | Pension Scheme We’re recruiting a Business Development Manager to represent one of the best-known brands in the automotive aftermarket. If you know the factor network, thrive in a commercial sales environment, and want to work for a business that values quality, innovation, and long-term partnerships, this is a role to consider. The Role Covering the North of England and Scotland, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with motor factors and key trade accounts. This is a field-based position with plenty of variety – from joint customer visits with factor reps to presenting new promotions and attending regional trade events. It’s a hands-on sales role that combines relationship management with commercial thinking and market insight.
