Responsibilities * Grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. * Implement the best approach to reaching and engaging clients. * Be responsible for engaging with customers pool by building and preserving trusting relationships. * Identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. * Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently. * Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling. * Understand key customer individual needs and address these to HQ and OPS. * Share regional aviation news and important information with HQ. * Follow up on regional tenders and execute with HQ. * Deliver the highest standard in professional conduct, personal presentation, and company image. * Meet with marketing and commercial departments to plan strategically. * Understand competitors and strategize accordingly. * Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual CRM reports. * Update the CRM with information related to customer visits, follow-up, and all sales activities. * Provide information about the customer and their needs to Management before price negotiation with the customer. Requirements * Proven track record of success in business development or sales. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems. * Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets and deliver results.
