What is needed as a Business Development Manager: Experienced working in the Motor Trade as a BDM or similar. Experience in selling the business to new clients and managing existing clients. Able to identify and develop new business opportunities through leads and networking. Confident in your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders. Able to collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth handovers of new clients. Can monitor market changes and trends with competitors and able to identify potential new business.
