Job Description: Ensuring adequate accounting of various programs, including analysis and balance sheets Preparing budget, forecast and strategic plans, ad hoc reports, margin analysis, monthly closures Assisting in achieving programs' financial goals by providing analyses and recommendations Contributing to annual planning processes by providing insight into sales, profit, and cash flow forecasts Analyzing actuals compared to budget, forecast, and previous year's figures, acting as a point of contact for Central Finance Requirement: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: A completed HBO/University degree in Finance or similar, 3-5 years of similar experience as Business or Program Controller, ideally a company in the manufacturing industry, Ability to easily collaborate with other functions within the programs for gathering, challenging and summarizing key drivers of results and cash flow, Strong analytical and financial skills, especially in management reporting, Proactive, ability to work independently, eager to learn, Structured, able to plan own work & set priorities, Ability to communicate with other non-finance professionals (e.g. program team, procurement, manufacturing), Advanced Excel skills, PowerBI or other data management software would be considered a plus, Fluent in English and Dutch Benefits: A competitive package which will depend on your experience, 8% holiday allowance, 42 paid holidays for full-time employment in line with the Collective Labor Agreement Metalektro (29 holidays and 13 ADV days), An excellent pension scheme (PME) and travel allowance, Hybrid working, giving you the opportunity to balance home and office working, Profit sharing scheme, Career progression by providing you with learning and development opportunities.
