Branch Manager - Poole Salary £50,000 OTE U-Drive have an outstanding opportunity for a switched on and forward-thinking candidate to join our flagship Branch in Poole as the Branch Manager. This is a fast-paced and varied role for an experienced manager, overseeing a dynamic team of 20 in providing an exceptional rental experience to both retail and corporate customers alike. Branch Manager U-Drive are looking for a charismatic Branch Manager to head up the team at our flagship Branch in Poole. Reporting into the Head of Rental Operations you will work a 45-hour rolling rota, providing vehicle rental services to both retail and corporate clients, with the customer at the forefront of the service we provide. The successful candidate will be a natural leader and a hardworking individual, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, whilst working with a variety of different customers. As a ‘can-do’ problem solver, you will also be working as part of one of the most essential teams to U-Drive in delivering top-notch customer service and unparalleled customer experience. You will be responsible for ensuring that the branch is run efficiently, taking full responsibility for the day-to-day operations and profitability of the branch. About the Role: * Providing year on year branch growth in fleet size, revenue and profitability, while maintaining a minimum fleet utilisation of 85%. * Develop and build a team so that they are trained, competent and motivated to perform the tasks assigned to them * Providing good customer service within the branch and across team members so that; * Customer enquiries are responded to as quickly as possible * You and your team know your customers wants and needs * Take ownership and responsibility and strive to meet the customers’ expectations * Listen to the customer, striving for continuous improvement * Developing long-term customer relationships * Generating and providing good sales leads to the Business Development Team * Reporting and providing information to the support functions within the company * Creating a positive branch work environment, promoting a good working relationship with the branch network and support functions About U-Drive: Established 42 years ago, U-Drive is a family-owned and operated vehicle rental company supplying high quality cars, LCVs, and specialist vehicles across the UK.
