With a track record of delivering excellence and dedication to customer satisfaction, the repair centre is seeking a skilled and detail-orientated Bookkeeper / Credit Controller to join their team. The primary responsibility will be to maintain the financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. As a Bookkeeper / Credit Controller you will be responsible for but not limited to: * Recording daily financial transactions and completing the process * Verify that supplier accounts and the ledger are accurate and align with the accounts / transactions recorded * Handling of payroll promptly and processing accounts receivable/payable * Arrange monthly, quarterly or annual reports * Reconciliation of bank statements and financial documents * Assistance with budget preparations * Contact with suppliers / customers to pursuit invoices / payments * Keeping up to date with any compliance regulations As a Bookkeeper / Credit Controller, you will have: * Previous experience as a Book Keeper / Credit Controller or in a similar role * Strong knowledge of software: Xero, Autoflow, Sage * Proficient in MS Office, Excel Working Schedule: * Monday to Friday Benefits: * Standard holiday allowance of 28 days per year (this is inclusive of Bank Holidays) * Standard pension allowance If you are interested in a confidential conversation regarding the above position, please apply for the role or give Simmy a call on: (phone number removed) MotorMatch LTD is advertising this vacancy in its capacity as an employment business.
