Opportunities for career progression due to ongoing business growth Requirements for a Bodyshop manager: As Workshop Controller you will play a key role in planning and organising workflows to ensure maximum utilisation and efficiency of production teams. Working closely with vehicle damage assessment and parts teams, you will strive for customer excellence and strong financial performance. About you: Highly organised with a detailed understating of ‘prestige’ vehicle repair methods and with a proven track of running Bodyshop production teams. You will adopt a collaborative approach with a ‘right-first-time’ focus on repair quality. Your ability to plan and organise workflows will have played a key role in your career development. Previous hands-on ‘Prestige’ vehicle technical experience and qualification is essential, with experience of at least two workshop disciplines one of which must as vehicle panel technician.
