Bodyshop Prepper / Panel Beater £30k-45k depending on experience Dartford Permanent/Full Time Monday – Friday (8am – 5.30pm) Our client, located in the Dartford area, is on the lookout for an experienced Bodyshop Prepper / Panel Beater to join their busy bodyshop. Duties & Responsibilities: * Completing prepping work for spray painters allocated in relation to job card, request parts and signing job cars on completion, ensuring all parts are approved and ordered on dismantling receiving relevant sign off. * Ensuring all tasks are carried out in compliance with Health and Safety guidelines, wearing any PPE provided and ensuring that work areas are kept clean and tidy. * Filling and priming, ensuring each vehicle is ready for it’s allocated bodyshop repair. * Working closely with the team to ensure the vehicle is repaired in a timely manner. * Providing timely information and updates to team members and colleagues. * Prioritising any reworks. Your Background & Skill: * Experience in prepping within a bodyshop environment and working on motor vehicles. * Experience as a Panel Beater in the trade. * Ability to work with heavy materials in a job that requires physical exertion. * Ability to prioritise workloads to ensure you achieve targets. * Strong communication skills. * Full UK Driving Licence. * Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
