About the Role: As the Bodyshop Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our bodyshop operations, from managing a team of talented technicians to ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality standards. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in achieving business goals and targets. Key Responsibilities: * Lead, motivate, and manage a team of bodyshop technicians to meet performance targets and ensure top-tier results. * Coordinate and prioritise repair workflows to ensure timely completion without compromising on quality. * Oversee inventory management, ensuring sufficient materials and supplies to support smooth operations. * Develop and implement procedures to optimise efficiency and productivity in the bodyshop. * Enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment and foster a culture of safety awareness. * Collaborate with customer service and parts procurement teams to deliver seamless operations and ensure customer satisfaction. * Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies, applying best practices to stay competitive and enhance operations. About You: You’ll bring significant experience as a Bodyshop Manager, with strong leadership skills and expertise in health and safety protocols.
