We are currently recruiting for a Bodyshop Manager to join our Client based in Cardiff. Our Client is offering the successful Bodyshop Manager On Target Earnings of £78000. The hours of work for this Bodyshop Manager role are Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm (42.5-hour working week).   Benefits: Starting basic salary up to £60,000 per annum, pending experience. Access to a net-profit shared bonus providing up to £18,000 in bonuses per annum based on target achievement.  Overachievement bonuses are uncapped and accelerating based on consistent performance.  EV Company car with free on-site charging.  20 days holiday allowance plus the 8 bank holidays, increasing over length of service, capping at 25 days.  Additional benefits such as a Bupa health insurance plan, a workplace pension scheme, company events, and a staff referral scheme.  Fantastic long-term career development prospects with a leading accident repair group.
