kolt recruitment are looking for a Bodyshop Manager to join a large and well-established group of accident repair centres based in South London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bodyshop Manager or Assistant Manager looking to step up into a leadership role within a growing and highly reputable accident repair group. This role will see you responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy bodyshop, ensuring productivity, efficiency and quality standards are maintained while leading and motivating the workshop team. Key Responsibilities * Manage the daily operations of a busy accident repair centre * Lead, motivate and develop a team of technicians, panel beaters, painters and support staff * Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to manufacturer and insurance standards * Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency and profitability * Manage work allocation and ensure jobs progress through the workshop smoothly * Maintain strong relationships with insurers, suppliers and customers * Ensure health & safety and company standards are maintained at all times * Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Requirements * Previous experience working as a Bodyshop Manager, Workshop Manager or Assistant Bodyshop Manager * Strong background within accident repair / bodyshop environments * Proven leadership and team management experience * Strong organisational and operational management skills * Ability to drive workshop performance and productivity * Good knowledge of bodyshop processes, insurance work and repair standards * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and successful accident repair group offering stability, career progression and a supportive working environment.
