The Fleet Centre Manager role: Park’s Carlisle is looking for a Fleet Centre Manager. Working closely with the Business Centre team you will proactively develop your portfolio of key accounts within your local market area, working towards supplying a full range of One Toyota products and services. One Toyota Fleet aims to deliver a one stop shop for all our Business Customers’ needs via multiple channels to market. We maximise Customer and Vehicle Lifetime Value opportunities across leasing, ownership, mobility and insurance products and services. You will be solely responsible for customer relationships, revenue maximisation, and forecasting and account management within your area of the business. In line with our Talent Enablement culture, we will give you ownership and encourage you to deliver outcomes that lie outside of the remit of this Job Profile. Key Highlights of the Role: + Ensuring all customers have a cohesive, multi-channel and personalised contact strategy to maximise the One Toyota opportunity and build long term relationships + Working closely with the marketing department to identify, develop marketing activities + Presenting professionally to customers in the way that suits them + Utilising the Fleet CRM and internal DMS systems to inform your conversations with customers + Updating details and adding all prospects and activities to the CRM + Working closely with people across the Group and within your account portfolio + Connecting regularly with the relevant One Toyota Fleet team members at Toyota and Lexus GB to ensure that they are aware of proactivity and incremental opportunities + Ensuring all your actions and conversations are held within the confines of the regulatory framework but also using a Customer 1st mindset + Working closely with the Business Centre Manager and Sales Support Coordinator to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting What we are looking for: + Experience working within a B2B sales environment is preferable, but not essential + Previous Automotive experience is preferable, but not essential + Experience within an account management role is preferable, but not essential + A full UK driving licence + Eligibility to work in the UK + Flexible to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and take on infrequent travel for work and training purposes + High standards of verbal and written communication + Good level of general education - at least National 5s in English and Maths and ideally Highers (or equivalent) + Good IT skills, (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and social media skills + Interests that support your work life balance What’s on Offer: + Competitive Salary and Bonus Scheme + Training and on-going development with the Award-Winning Toyota Academy + 5 day working week + 30 days holiday + You will be provided with a company vehicle if aged 21+ + Full manufacturer accredited training including fully funded travel + BEN Automotive Assistance Program + Discounted Servicing for you and your family + Contributory Pension Scheme + Refer a friend scheme earning £1000+ a year + Attractive discounts when purchasing new and used cars + Subsidised car leasing scheme accessible to you and your family Ready to join the largest car company in the world?
