B1.3 Senior Base Maintenance Engineer London Northolt/Elstree Salary inclusive of shift/on call allowance & London weighting Our customer, is an established helicopter service provider, with over 28 years' experience as the UK and Ireland Agusta (Leonardo products) Distributor and Service Centre and over 47 years as the UK Robinson Dealer and Service Centre. Due to growth, they are seeking to hire a Senior EASA B1.3 CAA Licenced Engineer, to set up a new facility, to work on Leonardo - AW109/169 rotary wing aircraft. What you'll be doing: •Undertake aircraft maintenance as assigned. •Supervise maintenance and support staff working within the area of responsibility. •Manage base/line operation within area of responsibility. oFacilities oTool/materials/equipment •Co-ordinate activities with planning operations team •Line manage base roster and staff Training and Development: •Identify and action the training needs of yourself and your team(s). •Maintain your knowledge of the company's portfolio of services and procedures. Relationship Management: •Build positive relationships with customers and suppliers and resolve problems. •Work closely with all internal teams, promoting good relations and team working.
