B1.3 Licenced Engineer opportunity with a leading private aviation organisation!   About -   I am currently looking for experienced B1.3 Engineers to join a well renowned private aviation company who have recently seen large growth and expansion in the company, providing premium private aviation services and amenities.   The ideal candidate -   They are looking for experienced CAA licenced B1.3 Engineers to join their rotary aircraft engineering team, who possess the following skills/experience - CAA B1.3 Licenced (ideal) Type ratings on Bell 505, 407, 429, EC155 and AS365N3 (ideal) The right to live and work in the UK (essential) Candidates should also possess the following qualities -  Highly enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn with a strong sense of self-motivation. Demonstrates competence and the capability to work independently without supervision. Maintains a positive attitude and possesses excellent interpersonal skills. Skilled in prioritizing tasks and adapting effectively under pressure. Capable of mentoring and encouraging junior team members. Salary & Benefits - £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience) Free onsite parking Staff subsidised café Career progression opportunities  Working hours are either Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, or in shifts following a 4-on-2-off, 4-on-4-off pattern (days).
