Avionic Technician Do you have avionics experience, and are you seeking a new role? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a firmly established defence/aerospace company recruit a full-time Avionic Technician to work on a fixed term contract period (potentially renewable) based from their testing facility in Aberporth (Wales). In your first few weeks in this Avionics Technician role, you can expect to: Undertake maintenance procedures, as defined within the Aircraft Data Set. Preparing systems for flight Preparation of airfield for launch and recovery of UAV Conducting any troubleshooting activity, including Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM). Perform scheduled maintenance of air vehicle, Ground Control Station (GCS), Ground Data Terminal (GDT) and Automatic Take-Off and Land Systems Collaborate with a small team, certifying colleagues with supervisory responsibilities and completing and certifying any relevant documentation for work carried out Conduct and certify independent inspections Undertake flight Logbook and documentation management Maintain the Software Library as a secondary duty Conduct tasks orientated with Cryptographic material To apply for this Avionics Technician role, you will need experience in Avionics maintenance.
