Title: Avionic Technician / Electrical / Harness Technician Avionic, Electrical, Harness, Wiring, High Voltage Location: Cirencester, Gloucestershire ARCA Resourcing is seeking a skilled Avionics Technician who is passionate about contributing to pioneering aerospace projects. Responsibilities: * Play a crucial role in the assembly, testing, and launch of test rigs, supporting the execution of our flight test program, which may include temporary assignments abroad. * Contribute to the construction, examination, initiation, and ongoing upkeep of subsystems and complete aircraft systems, focusing on both low and high voltage electrical and mechanical systems. * Offer essential support for testing aircraft systems and activities related to flight testing. * Collaborate closely with diverse engineering teams. Flexibility in work hours or shifts may be required during peak operational times. * Report to the Production Leader, becoming an integral part of the Build & Maintenance team, enhancing our internal expertise, specialised knowledge, and capabilities. Essential skills: * Demonstrated experience in structural production techniques, repairs, and working with composite materials. * A solid understanding of High Voltage (HV) electrical systems and proficiency in wiring harness construction, including crimping and soldering. * A formal qualification in aerospace engineering or an equivalent background. Applicants with a commercial aircraft apprenticeship or a military background are preferred. * Familiarity with aircraft documentation, maintenance manuals, and engineering drawings is advantageous.
