Aviation Workshop Engineer - opportunity to join this established and friendly team testing and repairing pneumatic aircraft components in a workshop environment. You will join this small multi-skilled team as a pressurisation technician working on a wide range of electro-mechanical components. Your responsibilities will include: Testing and Repairs: Conduct thorough tests on mechanical and electro-mechanical products. Expertly troubleshoot and diagnose faults. Execute precise repairs following original manufacturer's guidelines. Quality Assurance: Uphold rigorous quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and legal requirements. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed workshop reports. Assist purchasing and commercial departments by providing accurate material reviews for customer estimates.Required Skills and Experience: To excel in this role, you should possess: Technical Proficiency: Understanding of high pressure systems Strong understanding of DC/AC motors. Ability to interpret pneumatic diagrams. Mechanical Aptitude: Excellent hands-on mechanical skills. Aviation Background: Previous experience in an aviation environment is preferred.
