A key to achieving success is to assemble a strong and stable management team" - Vivek Wadhwa Workshop Controller required in Leicester up to £34,000 + Saturday overtime + OTE of £6,000 Monday to Friday, Saturday AM rota Our client, a Franchised Main Dealer is expanding their workshop with a brand new role for a Workshop Controller/Senior Technician today. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to keep their hands on the tools whilst also pushing the team forward to deliver for themselves and the business. You will be at the forefront of the workshop, leading from the front and being the 'go to' within the department. Each day will be different, varying upon the workload and each technical issue that comes into the workshop. This is a strong manufacturer that has a strong lineage with genuine support coming from their head office on all faults/training required.
