The Automotive Technical Support Advisor will be providing support to the client’s distributors, customers and end users with all aspects of their product range. This will include providing a dynamic phone, live web chat and email support service. The candidate should be comfortable in working in a fast paced, fun and varied environment. Key roles and responsibilities for the Automotive Technical Support Advisor Provide customer support via telephone Focusing on hard product support, I.e. Steering/Suspension/Braking/Diesel/Engine Management Support resolution of technical queries utilising resources available. Answer/Redirect webform submissions relating to northern region Create required reporting in line with business requirements to improve process Assist with Technical Articles / Masters of Motion Assist with trade shows/customer events Support Warranty process Diagnostic tool support via team viewer Diagnostic tool commissioning / Exchange units Become a DS180/480 expert.
