Service Reception Team Leader – Norwich - Permanent Up to £40,000 OTE Monday to Friday 08.00am – 6pm Saturday mornings on a rota 08.30am – 12.30pm Technique Recruitment Solutions are proud to be representing one of our clients looking to recruit a Service Reception Team Leader to join an award winning dealership based in Norwich. This role would suit an experienced Senior Service Advisor looking to progress to their career to the next level. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding levels of customer service and administrative skills and ideally having a strong technical background in the automotive industry. Duties include: Reporting to the aftersales manager, you will be working alongside vehicle service advisors helping managing workloads and customer deadlines. Extensively liaising with the workshop to chase work in progress and updating customers on vehicles in the workshop All other duties as required Experience: Ability to work well under pressure and towards daily targets Previous experience within a main dealership as a Senior Service advisor is essential Full Clean UK Driving Licence Strong organisational and literacy skills Experience using ADP or Kerridge is preferable   Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Please contact us today with your updated CV
