Contract Position 12 months Umbrella/LTD Company - £35 - £40 per hour Crewe Working Hours are typically 40 hrs per week Monday to Friday. We are looking to recruit a Quality & Reliability Assistant Programme Manager to be primarily focused on planning and coordinating Luxury Vehicle upcoming projects and supporting the Quality & Reliability Programme Managers. Responsibilities: The purpose of the role is to support the planning & managing of reliability programs by providing a specialist project management capability. The main deliverable is project management support to the Programme Managers. The scope of the role also includes: · Supporting the development of plans and budgets for vehicle reliability testing programs · Maintenance of existing program plans and budgets · Agreeing, specifying, and ordering reliability vehicles · Supporting the Coordination of day-to-day programme management tasks · Responsible for the maintenance of key project documents · Escalate & prioritise project issues with potential high risk to the Programme Managers · Supporting the coordination of relevant preparation for Whole Vehicle Sign Off events. · Experience with Whole Vehicle Testing processes and methods. · Experience with Engineering Vehicle Development Processes · Experience with understanding detailed Whole Vehicle Testing requirements and estimating required resources and costs. · Experience working Cross Functionally with strong influencing skills. · Experience with assessing planned technical changes to vehicles and determining testing requirements. · Excellent project management and planning skills · Good PC Skills Microsoft Excel, VBA, Power point. Tableau experience is beneficial. Qualifications: · Engineering degree or equivalent · Current driving licence This role is based in Crewe area and is commutable from Winsford, Nantwich, Northwich, Chester, Wrexham, Whitchurch, Congleton, Knutsford, Macclesfield, and Stoke-On-Trent, amongst other areas of Cheshire and Staffordshire regions
