Key Responsibilities: * Manage the efficient flow of parts, handling orders, deliveries, and vehicle collections. * Provide outstanding service to both customers and internal teams, ensuring queries are handled promptly. * Maintain precise stock records and ensure goods are processed with accuracy and speed. * Collaborate with the wider team to support various daily operations. What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry, preferably within a luxury or premium brand. * Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, adaptable to various audiences. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Passion for the luxury automotive sector and a basic understanding of high-end vehicle brands. * Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
