A major commercial vehicle manufacturer is looking to employ a after sales vehicle, automotive administrator to be responsible for Vehicle sales administration across new and used vehicle sales working alongside an experienced sales administrator. ROLE: Sales Administrator LOCATION: Reading BASIC SALARY: £25k HOURS: 9am to 5pm, can be flexible from 6am start if required. ROLE: Posting vehicle sales and purchase invoices on the DMS (Dealer Management System) – Keyloop CDK) including accurate recording of vehicle costs against sales invoices. Reconcile entries posted to accounts with vehicle sales and stock reports. Work with sales team to ensure vehicle sales invoices are paid accurately and on-time. Vehicle Registrations on the AFRL system Excel, preferably KeyLoop but not essential Control the drivers diary for movements and handovers. Outsourced Vehicle movements. Demonstration logs and customer appraisals. Control of Company fleet vehicles. (service bookings, Taxing and MOT) Report weekly Demonstrator Fleet activity and publish availability Check in Vehicles to stock. Assisting with accounts audits. Generating Reports and forecasts. All general administration to assist in the smooth running of the department. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Ability to deal with all levels of customer service and deliver customer service excellence Excellent administration skills Experience in dealing with Sales exec’s Excel, Keyloop (Nice to have), Adobe illustrator, nice to have Social media marketing experience Knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry or automotive industry or similar – Not essential Ability to work as part of a team A desire to succeed and a positive approach to work The ability to organise work on own initiative and work under pressure The ability to identify opportunities for business development within the region Computer literacy
