Autoclave Operator / Coach * Permanent * 37.5 hours per week with overtime available * Flexible working shifts including nights * Location – Wirral * Start - ASAP Summary Working for an international design and manufacturing aerospace and defence business, within a state-of-the-art facility. This is a longer terms contract on rolling 6 months contracts. We seek someone with autoclave expertise and great coaching skills. Duties * Providing autoclave coaching and mentoring of new and junior staff in production * Maintaining and operating autoclave equipment * Carrying out all processes in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines * Monitoring and adjusting autoclave parameters as needed * Conducting regular maintenance and cleaning of autoclave equipment * Troubleshooting any malfunctions and making necessary repairs * Calibrating autoclave system components * Operating the machine * Using computers and email
