As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining operational excellence. This role demands strong communication skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced retail environment within the automotive sector. Key Responsibilities: Providing outstanding customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and minimize complaints. Meeting sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while adhering to company procedures. Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the centre and its equipment. Driving sales of company products and services through effective sales strategies. Managing recruitment and identifying training needs to promote employee development. Supporting other centres and collaborating effectively with Head Office and other departments. Adhering to company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols and stock control. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager. Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in a busy retail environment, preferably within the automotive sector.
