Position Title: Autocentre Assistant Manager- King’s Lynn Location: King's Lynn Salary: Negotiable- DOE We are currently seeking a proactive Autocentre Assistant Manager on behalf of a reputable automotive service provider. As an Autocentre Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Centre Manager to ensure operational excellence and exceptional customer service within a busy automotive retail environment. Key Responsibilities: Adhering to company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, Compliance, and Stock Control. Performing service and repair tasks on all vehicle makes. Supporting the Centre Manager in maintaining high levels of customer service and achieving sales targets. Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the autocentre and its equipment. Following instructions from Regional Managers, Head Office, or the Board of Directors. Promoting sales of company products and services in line with established procedures. Participating in recruitment and interviewing processes for autocentre employees. Liaising effectively with Head Office and other departments. Assisting other autocentres as required and identifying training needs for employee development. Maintaining availability as required by company schedules. Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Experience in automotive repair and service, preferably with tyre fitting skills. Previous experience in a retail environment within the automotive sector is advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage workload independently.
