Oaklands Global are seeking a numerous qualified Air Traffic Control (ATC) Officers to join our client’s team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing air traffic within designated airspace, ensuring the safe and expeditious flow of aircraft. While holding both the Aerodrome Control Instrument (ADI) and Approach Control Surveillance (APS) ratings is preferred, candidates holding either one of these ratings will also be considered. Key Responsibilities * Provide efficient and safe air traffic control services in accordance with established procedures and regulations. * Monitor and manage aircraft movements within assigned airspace, including arrivals, departures, and en-route traffic. * Communicate effectively with pilots to provide clear and concise instructions regarding altitude, heading, and route changes. * Collaborate with other ATC personnel and aviation stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of air traffic management activities. * Maintain situational awareness and respond promptly to emergency situations or irregular operations. * Utilise radar and other technological tools to enhance airspace surveillance and traffic management capabilities. Qualifications * Possess either the Aerodrome Control Instrument (ADI) rating or the Approach Control Surveillance (APS) rating. * Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under stressful conditions. * Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
