Job: Assistant Manager/Vehicle Damage Assessor Location: Leominster (Herefordshire) Salary: DOE £40,000k - £45,000k Hours: Monday – Friday (42.5hrs) A fantastic opportunity to join a modern and friendly accident repair centre in Leominster (Herefordshire). The Assistant Bodyshop Manager supports the Bodyshop Manager in overseeing the daily operations, managing the repair process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supervising staff. The role requires strong organisational, leadership, and technical skills to maintain high standards of service and operational excellence. You will also be expected to support with VDA work across the site.
