Recruit Central are currently recruiting for a Assistant Centre Manager for there client based in Nottingham The business is open 6 days a week and Saturday working is required with a day off in the week (CLOSED SUNDAYS) Assistant Centre Manager responsibilities: Being proactive in helping the Centre manager achieve and/or exceeding sales targets and operating budgets Driving the quality and consistency of customer service Ensuring transaction and customer satisfaction targets are achieved A minimum of 2 years’ experience within the automotive industry is preferred along with a previous track record of being a vehicle technician You will be a certified or time served vehicle technician preferably with a Mot licence but not a game changer if not. This will suit a vehicle technician with own tools looking to step up but the role is a hands on role aswell with a 80/20 split in favour of the tools. You will also run the centre when the Centre manager is out of the business so need to be a strong confident character. Full driving licence required.
