We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in Bristol. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this role involves working a 45-hour rota from Monday to Friday and a half day on Saturday, engaging with customers at the branch, and addressing any customer inquiries that may arise. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Collaborating closely with the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient vehicle hiring services, providing a positive customer experience. About the Role: * Assist in achieving year-on-year growth in Fleet, Revenue, and Profitability, while maintaining high fleet utilization. * Contribute to the development of all team members, ensuring they are trained, competent, and motivated to support various aspects of branch activity, fostering a positive "Can Do" attitude. * Actively canvass the local branch area for small business users, establishing strong relationships based on reliability and service. * Provide valuable sales leads to the Business Development Management team when encountering opportunities for larger accounts. * Deliver effective account management to all locally assigned branch businesses, supporting the Business Development Management team with account management and feedback for both local and national businesses. * Ensure the branch consistently delivers excellent customer service.
