Assistant Bid Manager

Due to our continued success we are looking for an Assistant Bid Manager to join our business. The Assistant Bid Manager will work closely with the Group Bid Manager and have responsibility for project managing allocated bid opportunities, this will be from initial assessment to shaping the bid strategy to facilitating all aspects of the bid submission. This will include but not be limited to: * Building and developing relationships with all the businesses within Dawsongroup * Coordinating and delivering submissions for business development opportunities * Co-ordinate and produce tenders from start to finish * Producing high-quality proposals, including coordination and editing written content * The submission of proposals in a timely manner * Ensuring all proposals are compliant with company branding and guidelines To be successful you will: * Have experience within in a similar position / project management * Have a high standard of written English with excellent presentation skills * Have experience of producing tenders, especially in the public sector * Be flexible to travel between various sites. * The ability to work well under pressure * PC literate especially in MS Word / Excel Dawsongroup plc are committed to the continuous improvement and satisfaction of our employees, and as such, training and ongoing development are readily available, as well as an excellent benefits package.
