Assistant Accountant We are recruiting for an Assistant Accountant to join a well-established company based in Near Aylesbury on a full-time, permanent basis. Hours are 8.45am - 5.15pm, Monday to Thursday and 8:45am - 4.45pm on a Friday. This is a fully office-based role with free parking. Duties will include but not be limited to: Preparing and maintain monthly reconciliation, ensuring any issues or queries are resolved efficiently Preparing direct debit runs and monthly reporting processes Supporting the Financial Accounting Manager with the preparation of Tax schedules and internal and external audit requests Dealing with monthly accruals and prepayments Completing sales invoices as required and preparation of quarterly reports Responsible for monthly general ledger reconciliations of Account Receivable and Account PayableTo be successful for this position, you must have a minimum of 2 years accounting experience with strong knowledge of accounting concepts. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to work independently and use own initiative.
