The Job You’ll Do; * Lead by example as a Shift Leader ensuring a safe and efficient workplace is maintained at all times through coordinating with Lead Operators and team activities. * Engage with the Lead Operators and teams to focus on Quality, Cost Delivery, and gathering ideas for improvement. * Reporting and acting upon plant or machinery breakdowns to maintenance technicians and coordinate resource accordingly. * Ensure all administration tasks are up to date and accurate. * Support a 5S Culture ensuring standards are sustained and improved upon. About You; * Experience working within fast-paced manufacturing/engineering environments. * Ability to lead and motivate teams. * Qualified or willing to progress to a supervisory management and business improvement national qualification. * Excellent Microsoft Excel and Office skills. * Proven ability to convey information to an audience, drive and embrace change, set clear responsibilities, monitor progress, and address any shortfall. * Shift rotation and overtime will be required within this role, there may be an occasional need to include weekends
