We are currently looking to recruit a number of Assembly Operatives to support the ongoing growth of the Mansfield facility. If you are looking for a career opportunity within a business where people really count, look no further. **Initially commencing on a temporary contract but after just 12 weeks trial period you have the opportunity to secure yourself a permanent contract subject to satisfactory performance.** The Role & Responsibilities: • Assembling aerospace products and parts from drawings • Following listed instructions/measurements carefully • Working in a seated, designated area to complete orders and follow targets • Usage of magnification and specialised tools to complete orders Person Specification: • No previous experience required - Full training will be given • Good attention to detail • Must have excellent communication skills • Must be able to work well under pressure • Must have a great attitude and work ethic • CV Required Company Benefits include: Full training given.
