Assembly Operative (Shift Role) Salary: £27,500 basic + 22.6% shift uplift (£33,715 total package) Location: Near Stadhampton, Oxfordshire (commutable from Oxford, Thame, Abingdon, Didcot, Wallingford, Wheatley, Aylesbury) Hours: * First 6 months (probation): Monday to Friday, 37 hours * Post-probation: 4 on / 4 off, 07:00 – 16:30 Important – Please read before applying Due to the nature of the work, this role requires: * A consistent 5-year work history (with explanations for any gaps) * Ability to pass BPSS clearance Please note: employment cannot begin until clearance is completed, which can take up to 4 weeks.
