Area Sales Manager – Ireland (Field-Based) Location: Based in Kilbeggan, County Westmeath (extensive travel across Ireland required) Salary: €40,000 basic + uncapped commission OTE: €100,000+ per year Hours: Mon–Thu 08:00–17:00 | Fri 08:00–15:00 Contract: Permanent Benefits: 25 days holiday + Bank holidays • Sick pay • Workplace pension • Company vehicle • Fuel card • Hotel business account Overview We're looking for a driven Area Sales Manager to spearhead growth across Ireland for a specialist commercial vehicle agent. You'll be responsible for developing sales of minibus, bus, and coach models across your territory, building relationships, and representing a trusted brand in a fast-moving industry. This is a key role with uncapped earning potential and genuine career progression. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow sales activity across your region, consistently exceeding targets Proactively identify new business through prospecting, lead generation, and networking Promote the full vehicle range to customers within your sales area Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular communication and visits Work closely with sales, aftersales, and operations colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience Manage all sales activities within CRM (Pinnacle/Odoo) and Office 365 Prepare accurate quotations, process orders, and ensure ISO compliance Represent the company at trade shows, demonstrations, and industry events Conduct engaging vehicle handovers and identify cross-selling opportunities What You'll Need Proven B2B sales experience in automotive, transport, or related industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated with excellent time management Confidence using CRM systems (Odoo beneficial) and Office 365 Full Irish driving licence (D Licence preferred) Willingness to travel extensively across Ireland Don't tick every box?
