Apprenticeship Quality Manager Warwickshire Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus company car! Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Our client Our client is an automotive learning and development specialist, and they are looking for a Quality Manager to join the team on their Apprenticeship Programme. The apprenticeship programme’s UK dealer network represents the following well-known brands: Abarth, Alfa, Chrysler, Citroen, Dodge, DS, Fiat, Jeep, Peugeot, Vauxhall. Key Responsibilities: * Lead quality monitoring and compliance processes for apprenticeship provision, including liaising with External Quality Assurance organisations and providing advice and updates to managers as required. * Monitor program delivery and quality targets, ensuring that success rates are maintained. Manage internal and external verification activities to ensure the integrity of the program. * Work closely with the quality team to ensure the coherence and consistency of the program, both internally and externally. This includes considering infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programs, and alignment with business objectives. * Conduct quality monitoring and evaluation activities in collaboration with leaders and managers. Accurately evaluate program performance and design robust action plans for timely improvements when necessary. * Manage internal and external factors involved in the delivery of clients' national program/s, including factors related to Ofsted and external review and inspection. Monitor Measures of Success and Minimum Levels of Performance. * Utilise your in-depth knowledge and understanding of apprenticeship program compliance, ESFA, and Ofsted regulatory requirements to support ongoing improvements and ensure compliance with advice and guidance. * Monitor tracking and learner portfolios, ensuring high-quality evidence of apprentices developing new skills, knowledge, and behaviours as they progress through the program. * Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the delivery of the program. * Manage risks to the program's successful outcome and initiate additional activities to address any identified gaps. * Identify and measure the benefits of the program activities and promote them wherever possible to assist in marketing efforts. * Collaborate with program leads to manage the program team and monitor Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activity to ensure staff competency. * Ensure that all elements of the apprenticeship program continue to meet client, funding partners, and government requirements to ensure compliance with audit requirements. * Work with the functional skills team to ensure timely completion of all aims to avoid delays in End-Point Assessment (EPA) About you: * Extensive understanding of apprenticeship program compliance, ESFA, and Ofsted regulatory requirements. * Proven experience in quality management and compliance within apprenticeship provision. * Strong knowledge and passion for high-quality apprenticeship provision and the ability to deliver a positive learning experience for apprentices. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and provide advice and updates to managers. * Strong analytical and evaluation skills to accurately assess program performance and design improvement plans. * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and work independently. * Proficient in using IT systems and tools relevant to the role.
