Osiris is partnering with a client to pool candidates for an upcoming Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanics project in Manchester.   Position Summary: Our client is seeking experienced Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanics to join their team. If you would like to be considered, we'd love to hear from you.   Job Duties: All aspects of major structural repair and modifications, including: Removal of major aircraft structural sections while stress jacked. Working to fine tolerances and high standards. Maintaining high standards of housekeeping. Adhering to company and manufacturers' procedures. Implementing modifications from drawings and procedures.   Basic Requirements: Completed aircraft engineering apprenticeship, production, or live aircraft. Demonstrable experience in an aircraft modification/production environment. Experience in implementing and carrying out aircraft component modifications. Capable of reading manufacturers' drawings and SRMs. Excellent hand skills. Takes full ownership and responsibility for own tasks. Good organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of MS Office applications. Eligible to work in the UK
