Oaklands Global are currently recruiting multiple Aircraft Refuelers. The postholders will ensure that into-plane refuelling and fuel storage operations are carried out in accordance with Company Operating Procedures and that high levels of customer services and Health & Safety standards are always shown. Responsibilities * Ensure that all operations are completed to the highest standards in accordance with customer, airport, health and safety, HM Customs, security, environmental compliance and BIAL regulations and procedures. * Complying with and maintaining the integrity of all Company safety and operational standards. * Correct recording of all stock movement and sales. * Operating correct emergency procedures in the event of incidents. * Acting as the first point of contact with customers and maintaining the highest standard of customer service levels. * Participating in training and maintaining competency in all procedures associated with the handling of Aviation Product and into-plane refuelling operation. * Maintaining all necessary records on refuelling / product quality activity. * Duties are split between 2 key areas of operations: 1) Aircraft Refuelling and 2) Fuel Storage * Working varied times on a shift pattern that encompasses early starts and late finishes, but no night shifts are required. Requirements Experience as an aircraft refueler in the past is desirable however not mandatory. The essential requirements are below: * HGV/LGV class 1 (C+E) driving licence is an absolute necessity with no exceptions * Right to live and work in the UK * Strong customer service skills and experience is essential * Strong oral and written communication skills are essential * Strong numerical and data inputting skills are essential * Strong values around health and safety and experience * Comfortable to work alone and within a diverse cultural team, providing teamwork support * Ability to be flexible when working the varied shift pattern, especially at weekends and when overtime may be required Why work with Oaklands Global?
