Provide safe expeditious ATC services to all aircraft operating under Instrument & Visual flights rules when arriving, departing or operating in the vicinity of Cambridge Airport, de-conflict aircraft from vehicles and other obstructions on the ground while operating at all times within the limitations of their ATC license. Ensure that all services are provided in conformance with Regulatory Standards and local Cambridge Airport instructions including MATS Part 1, MATS 2 and the Cambridge Airport Safety Management System and all other documentation to assure the initial and on-going safety of ATC Operations
