Our Agriculture Tyre Technicians are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of tyres on a variety of agricultural machinery, including tractors, combines, and other farm equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. About you: * High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in automotive or agricultural Tyres preferred. * Proven experience as a tyre technician, preferably in the agricultural sector. * Strong knowledge of tyre types, tread patterns, and tyre maintenance procedures. * Ensure the work is carried out in line with Company policies and procedures * The ability to work as part of a busy team in a fast-paced dynamic environment * The willingness to constantly learn and improve your knowledge * The ability to act on your own initiative and take responsibility for the quality of your work * Full valid Driving Licence About the role: * Inspect, diagnose, and repair tyre-related issues on agricultural equipment. * Fit Agricultural tyres preferably City & Guilds or equivalent. * Perform regular maintenance and safety checks on tyres. * Operate various types of tyre service equipment, including hydraulic jacks, air compressors, and tyre changers. * Conduct field service calls to provide on-site tyre repair and maintenance for customers. * Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. * Provide technical advice and recommendations to customers regarding tyre care and maintenance. * Stay updated on the latest tyre technologies and industry best practices. * Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient service operations.
