Job Title: HMI Project Planner - (phone number removed) Location: Warwickshire Key Responsibilities * Define and communicate timing requirements to the HMI HF Team and other stakeholders. * Collaborate with delivery and integration departments to align departmental planning with programme needs. * Use JIRA and Confluence to plan, track, and communicate project progress and updates. * Develop and adjust departmental work plans based on programme timing and late-stage changes. * Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and changes to internal and external stakeholders. * Ensure the team has the necessary resources and information to execute plans effectively. * Coordinate with HMI teams across AAD, China, and Portland to align with spec releases and share planning insights. * Lead large projects or processes with minimal oversight, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
