Agile Coach (39500) 12-month initial contract Hybrid working, based in Gaydon £29 per hour (Inside IR35) I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking an Agile Coach to join their team As Agile Coach, your main responsibilities are: Educating and coaching Agile best practices Jira Board administration Set up of Agile operating model Supporting the team in removing impediments Enabling team to deliver business objectivesRequirements: Significant experience working in a technical environment with cross functional teams Experienced with Agile Frameworks and Agile planning tools Significant experience of facilitating and delivering training packages and development plans.
