On offer is the opportunity to join a longstanding Dealership established over 50 years ago, you will be operating across 2 sites, the business are going through an exciting period of growth and are looking for an individual to help continue their success and boost their sales across 2 sites. This role will involve working within a tight-knit team, managing staff and customers, updating MOT and service scheduling, arrange for work-in-progress to be completed, invoicing, driving performance In the aftersales department as well as ensuring the workshop is maximized to its full potential. This role would suit someone with a franchised dealer background looking for a new challenge within a longstanding company who prioritise your training, give you the ability to progress and boosting your earnings with commission. The Role: Lead the entire Aftersales Team, overseeing Parts, Service, and Workshop Teams. Manage recruitment and training efforts within the department. Drive performance beyond targets/KPIs and uphold Brand Standards. Establish objectives to enhance profitability and Service Department performance. Optimize workshop efficiency and productivity rates. Create service department plans and budgets to meet quarterly and annual targets. Uphold financial and operational controls within the department. Monitor and report on key KPIs promptly and accurately. Ensure proper adherence to warranty procedures and prompt recovery of funds.
