This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis with excellent benefits and competitive salary. The main responsibilities for the Aftersales Manager are as follows: * Full responsibility of the department, including workshop and customer service * Ensure workshop is running as efficiently as possible * Ensure service team are providing a gold standard customer journey * Ensure upselling opportunities are maximised and taken advantage of * Provide training, guidance and appraisals to all team members * Monitor performance of department against budget. Address any under performance and discrepancies and implement actions to improve * Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities * Department forecasts and reporting * Evaluate, monitor and improve customer satisfaction To be a successful candidate for the Aftersales Manager role you must: * Have previous experience within an Aftersales Manager / Service Manager or similar role * Have experience delivering gold standard customer service to give our customers the best possible journey * Have experience leading a large team, consisting of technical and non-technical personnel * Have experience controlling all financial aspects of the department, be able to analyse and report, forecast and present and identify any under performance within the department and act on swiftly to provide solutions * Have a thorough understanding of finance and insurance products and regulations Salary and Benefits: * £50k – £55k Basic * Bonus – OTE £70k * Car Scheme * Pension Scheme * Enhanced holidays * Free Parking If you feel you have the right skill set, knowledge and experience and are looking for a new and rewarding challenge then please apply for the Aftersales Manager role now
