Aerospace Assembler East Midlands £15-£16 per hour Overtime available at advanced rates Day shift 7.30am-4.00pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 7.30am-12.30pm Ristara Engineering is working in partnership with Global Aerospace Engineering company located in Derbyshire, that manufactures world-class machined and fabricated components for the Aerospace, MOD markets. We are now looking for an assembler to assist the team. Our client is Established and respected in its chosen market, having built a strong reputation for quality and excellence! Successful candidates will be working in an environment that will challenging and busy. What experience and skills do you need for the Aerospace Assembler vacancy: ●Interpret technical plans and drawings to assemble intricate aircraft parts ensuring parts are built and as per the specification ●Ensure all manufacturing methods are carried out within strict Health & Safety regulations, EU guidelines and to company engineering standards ●Assess project key deliverables and assemble parts inline with customer requirements ●Liaise with Senior Management to ensure customer expectations are exceeded in terms of technicality, quality, price and timeframe ●Inspect all parts in proven jigs before commencing tasks ●Completion of riveting, drilling, countersinking, weighing, and mixing sealants to the correct daily order and specification ●Daily Implementation of test procedures to ensure part safety ●Maintain and modify equipment when required to ensure it is safe, reliable and fit for purpose ●Compile product reports and relevant documentation (inputting job card information of all parts into an internal database) ●Working towards daily KPI's whilst utilising technical drawings and safe work practices (SWP’s) to assemble various aerospace kits ●Adhering to the UK aerospace quality standard AS9001 Shift for the Aerospace Assembler vacancy: * Day shift 7.30am-4.00pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 7.30am-12.30pm * Free onsite parking * Fantastic working Environment! * Great Opportunity!
