In this role, the successful Account Manager would be responsible for dealing with all the customers needs, maintaining the positive working relationship and being on hand to support them with the products and any other products they need to help their individual business strive and flourish. Along with this, you will also have clear progression opportunities and paths to work your way up in to senior levels within the organisation. The ideal Account Manager would be an aviation graduate or similar, and have a keen interest to working in a business who provide bespoke software solutions. You must also be willing to travel to customer sites as/when needed with the role, realistically once or twice a week with occasional travel overseas. The Role Account management. Building an maintaining good customer relationships. Cross selling as/when the opportunity arises. Travel once or twice a week on visits.The Person Aviation graduate or aviation background.
