You’ll join a highly successful independent motor service centre and spares reseller with a credible and award winning history. The Job * Working alongside insurance and breakdown companies * Liaising with customers / policy holders to assess vehicle damage & road worthiness of vehicles * Carrying out vehicle assessment once vehicle is delivered to site * Assisting with day to day administrative tasks such as managing client enquiries and handling correspondence. * Providing excellent customer service * Supporting and working with team members to coordinate and deliver plan of action for each customer About You * Automotive mechanical knowledge skills * Excellent eye for detail * Excellent service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers * Ability to multi task and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment * Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills. * Previous experience working alongside insurance companies is preferred This is a permanent position with an opportunity to join a thriving and successful business. Working hours are 9am - 5.00 pm. Monday to Friday.
