Seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to manage work order progression, from job card processing to invoicing. This role supports operations, maintains strong customer relationships, and ensures smooth administration. Key Responsibilities * Process and complete work orders, ensuring accuracy in SAP. * Send service sheets, raise work orders, and book subcontractors. * Process invoices, purchase orders, and consolidate customer charges. * Address queries with customers and the Operations Manager. * Support audits and generate reports on WIP and performance. * Maintain filing systems and input data into SAP. * Order and manage parts, subcontractors, and deliveries. * Handle general admin tasks, including stationery, petty cash, and calls. Health & Safety / Compliance * Follow safety guidelines and report hazards. * Adhere to ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001 standards. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Skills & Experience * Customer-focused with strong attention to detail. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Financial awareness and IT proficiency (MS Office, SAP preferred). * Experience in customer service and data entry (preferred). Qualifications & Attributes * General education with problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Strong relationship-building and organizational skills
